Let's try extracting the icon file with RisohEditor.

First, open RisohEditor.exe with RisohEditor.exe.

Then select "RT_GROUP_ICON (14)" → "IDI_MAIN (100)" → "Neutral (0)" from the tree view. Neutral means neutral, not in any language. Note that it is RT_GROUP_ICON, not RT_ICON.

[RT_GROUP_ICON selection]

"IDI_MAIN" is the name (resource ID) of the resource defined in the "resource.h" file. In addition, select "Extract" → "Extract Icon..." from the "Edit" menu.

[Extract from menu]

The Extract Icon dialog is displayed. If you specify the location and name of the icon file here, the icon file can be extracted.

[Extract Icon dialog]

If you check the extracted position, you can see that the icon is extracted.

[Done!]

In the case of a cursor (RT_GROUP_CURSOR), you can extract it by selecting the item at the end of the cursor and selecting "Extract" → "Extract cursor". You can also extract a bitmap (RT_BITMAP) by selecting [Extract] → [Extract Bitmap] in the same way.
