RisohEditor is a free resource editor for Win32 development. It is used to embed data called "resources" such as dialogs and menus in EXE and DLL when creating Windows software in C language or C++.
"Resource" literally means "resource", which means data that can be embedded in an EXE or DLL separately without programming in Win32. Resources are available in multiple languages and can be classified by ID, making them extremely useful for internationalization and multimedia. You can also use resources to reduce load times. Resource data includes dialogs, menus, string tables, message tables, bitmaps, access keys, and so on.
RisohEditor can add/edit/extract/copy/delete resource data contained in EXE and DLL files.
Resource Editor runs on Windows XP/2003/Vista/7/8.1/10.
NOTE: RisohEditor doesn't edit the icon and cursor images directly. Use dedicated software to create icons and cursors.
