Let's install it now.
Download RisohEditor from Official page.
You can expand the downloaded file that are compressed in ZIP format by right-clicking and selecting "Expand All". If you are using the installer format, double-click to run it and follow the instructions.
After extracting it to a suitable location, run RisohEditor.exe. Double-Click on it.
If security has blocked execution, avoid the block. I haven't digitally signed it because I don't have the money to spare. If you have been blocked by SmartScreen, click 'Details' and 'Run'.
